The Power of Forgiveness
Frederic Luskin, Ph.D., is the Director of the Stanford University Forgiveness Project, a Senior Consultant in Health Promotion at Stanford, and a professor at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. He also serves as co-chair of the Garden of Forgiveness Project at Ground Zero in Manhattan. His extensive research on forgiveness therapy has demonstrated the power of forgiveness to affect physical and emotional change in individuals and organizations. He conducts workshops nationally and internationally and is the author of the books Forgive for Good, Forgive for Love, and Stress Free for Good.
