Janice

Janice is a 26-year-old seminary student who has anxiety that causes her to feel she must be perfect in her work, thoughts and behavior. She is learning that her upbringing contributes to some of her anxiety and that she can begin to soothe and lessen her urges to push and criticize herself. As a result of counseling, Janice is feeling her call to ministry in a new way, which gives her hope for the future and freedom from the tyranny of her thoughts.
